ELIGIBILITY CRITERIOR.

• The policy is purchased within 90 days of vehicle delivery.
• The vehicle is under 10 years old with a purchase price of £5,000 or more.
• You are the registered keeper of the vehicle.

SIGNIFICANT EXCLUSIONS.

APEX Insurance does not cover:

• Vehicles not insured by a comprehensive motor insurance policy.
• Claims where you declined an offer to repair the vehicle, opting instead for a total loss claim.
• Vehicles used for hire, reward, driving schools, speed testing, or pace-making.
• Costs for new registration fees, insurance premiums, warranties, road fund licenses, service plans, or finance arrears.
