Your BMW is built with an intelligent maintenance system called Condition Based Servicing (CBS). This system permanently monitors a range of factors. These include oil levels and the extent of wear on certain components of your BMW. It also checks the time/mileage recommendations for fixed services* and analyses this data to calculate when your next service is due.
Data can also be checked on your car’s Info Display in the dashboard, which automatically provides you with four week notice period of when a fixed service is due.
If a more pressing problem is detected with a component, the Connected Drive system will give you more exact information on what needs to be checked, and provide advice on any changes to driving style or any actions which need to be taken to help protect against further damage.
Our BMW trained technicians only use Genuine parts and repair and service according to BMW strict guidelines. When you book your BMW into Sandal, you know it is in the very best of hands. We conduct a Visual Health check on every BMW we see and we will send you a video to illustrate the findings.
We will also check every vehicle for outstanding safety recalls and these will be carried out completely free of charge. In addition to this, only an authorised BMW retailer can check for outstanding Quality Enhancements and conduct the work needed to rectify them free of charge. These quality enhancements are picked up by your BMW technician when they thoroughly read your car's fault memory.

Any new parts fitted to your BMW will have a two-year fitted warranty, which is only available with BMW Genuine Parts. A BMW Fast Lane Service is aimed to be completed within just 120 minutes whilst you wait at your local Sandal Centre.
