This year, we had the pleasure of interviewing three of our incredible female team members to learn more about who they are, their passion for their work, and the advice they have for women considering a career in automotive. Yasemin’s career journey is one of growth, determination, and a passion for brand building. She started 13 years ago as a Customer Service Advisor, but her eagerness to learn and contribute in new ways led her to seek out opportunities within the marketing department. Recognising her talent and drive, her colleagues encouraged her development, and she quickly progressed from Marketing Executive to Marketing Manager within the BMW network. Eventually, she joined Sandal BMW as Head of Communications, a role where she oversees BMW’s marketing plan and ensures the brand’s presence continues to grow.
Now, Yasemin plays a crucial role in shaping the brand’s identity, ensuring that BMW’s messaging aligns with its values and resonates with customers. She manages large-scale campaigns, digital strategies, and customer engagement initiatives, helping to maintain Sandal BMW’s reputation for excellence. Her ability to adapt and evolve within the company has not only propelled her own career forward but has also helped Sandal BMW continue to thrive in an ever-changing market.
What truly sets Yasemin apart is her passion for what she does.
