We hope that our customers return to us again and again due, not only to the great value we provide, but the warm and friendly welcome expected on arrival.

If you are not satisfied with your experience or have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If you have a concern with either your vehicle or the service you have received at one of our Sandal centres, please firstly raise this with the Service Manager or Head of Business as they are best placed to address your concerns. Your enquiry will be escalated to a Sandal Motor Group Director level should further involvement or resolution be required.

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. Open to residents of the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the United Kingdom who are aged 18 and over.
  2. The competition is open via submissions of the BMW or MINI UK satisfaction survey, sent 10 days after a visit to one of our centres.
  3. An entry is gained by submitting the BMW or MINI UK satisfaction survey. Anonymous submissions will not be entered.
  4. The competition with run monthly from 1 July 2022 and every month thereafter.
  5. From all qualifying entries, one winner will be selected from customers who visited Sandal Wakefield BMW, Sandal Huddersfield BMW, Sandal MINI Wakefield and Sandal MINI Huddersfield.
  6. The prize is a Luxury Farm Shop Hamper worth £59.99.
  7. The winners will be notified via email and called to arrange collection.
  8. The prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered.
  9. Winners will need to collect prizes from Sandal Wakefield or Huddersfield.
  10. The promoter’s (Sandal Motors (Bayern) Limited) decision on all matters related to the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered. Entry implies acceptance of these rules.
  11. The promoter (Sandal Motors (Bayern) Limited) reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
  12. The promoter Sandal Motors (Bayern) Limited reserves the right to exclude any entries which they believe to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
  13. The winners will be required to take part in publicity resulting from this draw without entitlement to any financial reward.
