CONTRACT PURCHASE

With the security of a Guaranteed Minimum Future Value, this is ideal for the business user who wishes to change their BMW between 24 and 48 months.

What is the process?

  • Choose the BMW (new or used) you like
  • Decide on suitable repayment period from 12 to 60 months
  • Agree a deposit and then calculate monthly payments to align with agreement period.
  • At the end of the period, the BMW belongs to you.

At the end of the lease term you have a choice:

  1. Part exchange your BMW for another BMW
  2. Keep the BMW and pay the final payment
  3. Hand it back and have nothing further to pay.

WHY CHOOSE CONTRACT PURCHASE?

CONTRACT HIRE

The VAT on the BMW you drive is reclaimed by the finance company in turn reducing your rental. There are other tax efficiencies available.

What is the process?

  • Choose the new BMW you like
  • Choose a period for hire, usually between 24 and 48 months
  • Decide on your annual mileage
  • Review the rentals that suit your budget
  • At the end of the agreement simply hand the BMW back

  • If your business is VAT registered, your business could claim up to 50% of the VAT on monthly rentals and 100% VAT on the maintenance rental.
