MINI Service Inclusive is only available by contacting us and can be purchased within 12 months of your vehicle’s first registration. The period during which you may purchase Service Inclusive may change at any time.

Service inclusive is a program which covers certain required standard services for your vehicle for a certain period of time for a fixed prepaid fee (“Service Inclusive Package”).
The sale of Service Inclusive Packages shall exclusively be subject to these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter „Terms“) in the version valid at the time of conclusion of the contract.
There are three different Service Inclusive Packages available. The relevant Service Inclusive Packages will be determined based on your vehicle model. Only the services listed in your Service Inclusive Packages are covered by your Service Inclusive Packages. Only one Service Inclusive Package can be bought for a vehicle.
Depending on your MINI model, Service Inclusive Packages consist of the following scope of work, including genuine MINI parts and oil used to provide the services (the listed services covered by the Service Inclusive Packages are referred to as the “Services” and shall refer only to those services covered by your specific Service Inclusive Package):
A) MINI BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle):
This Service Inclusive Packages according to this Section 2a) is only available as of the first registration of your vehicle up to a maximum of 2 years after the first registration or until the vehicle’s first service, it has a fixed four-year term and no mileage limitations. The fixed four-year term begins at the first date of registration of the relevant MINI vehicle irrespective of the date of purchase of the Service Inclusive Package. For example, if you purchase this Service Inclusive Package in December 2018 for a MINI vehicle initially registered on October 1, 2018 for a term of 4 years, the term of the Service Inclusive Package begins on October 1, 2018. It ends on September 30, 2022.
B) MINI ICE (Internal Combustion Engine):
C) MINI PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle):
The Service Inclusive Package according to above Sections 2b) and 2c) have a mileage limitation of 62,000 miles and expire after five years at the latest irrespectively of the milage. The five-year term begins at the first date of registration of the relevant MINI vehicle irrespective of the date of purchase of the Service Inclusive Package. For example, if you purchase MINI Service Inclusive in December 2018 for a MINI vehicle initially registered on October 1, 2018 for a term of five years / 62,000 miles, the term of the Service Inclusive Package begins on October 1, 2018. It ends on September 30, 2023 or on the day on which the vehicle reaches a mileage of 62,000 miles, whichever is reached first.
You are not entitled to redeem Services under your Service Inclusive Package, if
a) The vehicle does not indicate the service requirement,
b) the vehicle has not been operated properly,
c) the vehicle has been overstressed (e.g. due to use in motorsport competitions),
d) the maintenance intervals displayed in the vehicle (for motor oil change, air filter, fuel filter, micro filter, spark plugs and brake fluid) or the time / mileage requirements specified by MINI (for vehicle check and standard scopes) have not been complied with, and/or
e) The vehicle has undergone any form of unapproved aftermarket tuning or performance enhancement
You can redeem the Services covered by your Service Inclusive Package at all participating MINI service partners worldwide regardless of where the package was purchased. Subject to the exclusions in Section 3 above, you are entitled to any Services included in your Service Inclusive Package, regardless of how often Services are due during the term of your Service Inclusive Package. However, Services can only be requested if the intelligent maintenance system (Condition Based Service / CBS) in the vehicle indicates the service requirement.
Servicing must be carried out at a MINI Service Authorised Workshop by BMW Approved Technicians as specified in the Owner’s Manual. This does not need to be the MINI Centre from which the Service Inclusive Package was initially purchased.
Work carried out under MINI Service Inclusive will be indicated by the vehicle’s on-board computer and MINI guidelines. Work must be carried out in line with MINI service schedules and BMW repair instructions (copies of which are available on request) which may be updated or vary from time to time according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

The Service Inclusive Package is vehicle-based and cannot be transferred to another vehicle.
If you sell the relevant BMW vehicle or the relevant BMW vehicle suffers a total loss or you can no longer use the relevant BMW vehicle linked to your Service Inclusive Package for any other reasons, you are not entitled to claim complete or partial reimbursement of the purchase price for the Service Inclusive Package.
You have a right to withdraw from the contract within 60 days from the purchase of the Service Inclusive Package if services have not been claimed. To do so, you must contact the BMW centre where you purchased the package initially.
If services have been claimed, the package can no longer be cancelled, and a refund cannot be issued.
