Their content is all about making memories together, embracing new experiences and enjoying the journey along the way.
That sense of adventure made them the perfect partner for our latest collaboration with the MINI Countryman.
As part of the collaboration, we handed The Jones Family the keys to a MINI Countryman so they could experience it as a real family car - out on the road, on proper adventures, and in everyday family life.
Over several days, they put the MINI Countryman through its paces while creating content that showcased exactly what makes it such a capable all-rounder. From family road trips to scenic drives, the Countryman quickly proved that despite the MINI badge, this is a seriously spacious and practical car.
They were particularly impressed by how comfortable and roomy the rear seats felt, with plenty of legroom for the kids and more than enough space for everything a family adventure demands.
One of the standout moments from their review was seeing how confidently the all-electric Countryman tackled the steep hills of Whitby - proving that electric performance and family practicality can go hand in hand.
The Jones Family also loved the playful MINI touches that make the experience feel uniquely MINI, from the animated rear light sequence to the welcome projection from the mirrors and the fun in-car displays.
For us, this collaboration perfectly captured what the MINI Countryman is all about: versatility, personality and a readiness for whatever adventure comes next.
Whether it’s the school run, a seaside escape or a full family road trip, the MINI Countryman is built to make every journey feel like part of the adventure.
Their journey took them all across Yorkshire, stopping at places including Fox’s Biscuits in Batley, The Woolpack in Esholt, Leeds Bradford Airport, Goathland, Whitby and Scarborough - with a must-visit stop at Oliver’s Mount to put the iconic go-kart feeling to the test.
Reflecting on their experience, The Jones Family said:
“We loved our MINI test drive. We really liked the look of the car, and the kids especially loved the Union Jack lights. I loved the colour from the second I saw the MINI. It was great to drive — smooth, with great power and range. We all loved the Go-Kart mode and hidden Let’s Celebrate feature. The kids loved the disco rear lights and MINI logo projection from the wing mirror when it was dark.”
They also praised how well the Countryman handled the steep hills around Goathland and Whitby, proving just how effortlessly adventure and electric driving can go hand in hand.
